Shruti Haasan, is a talented girl who knows the art of acting, modelling and singing. After making a name in the film industry in Bollywood and South India, Shruti Haasan is all set to go international and collaborate with the British rock band, Dinosaur Pile-Up.

Yes, Shruti Haasan, loves music and has been in a rock band during her teenage days named, The Extramentals! The band performed live for three years but were disbanded as the members got caught up with their life and other commitments.

Shruti Haasan, says she loves to perform live on stage with a huge audience and that makes her feel alive. Shruti, was quoted as saying,

"There's just been nothing else that gave me that feeling, even singing in the studio is nothing like singing in front of people. I get a similar feeling sometimes when I sneak into a movie screening of mine and the audience is really going nuts for a scene. Only then do I feel like I'm standing onstage. That immediate energy you receive from the audience is the stuff I live for."

Shruti Haasan, would be lending her voice for the upcoming album of the Dinosaur Pile-Up, and would also be co-writing the lyrics. The band, would be performing at several venues in the United Kingdom in July, and we'll have to wait and watch if Shruti Haasan will perform with the band or not.
