Hot Chicks! Sonam Kapoor & Kareena Kapoor To Star In Bollywood's First Chick Flick?
Rhea Kapoor, who is all set to start her directorial venture through a chick flick, had first contacted Katrina Kaif to play a role in the movie and things didn't work out as planned.
It is now reported that Rhea, has contacted Kareena Kapoor for the role and the actress would give her decision in a few days from now. Kareena, had played the role of a chick in the movie, Kabhi Khushi Kabhie Gham, and that made Rhea zero in on Kareena.
A source close to the movie was quoted as saying,
"Rhea wants a powerful team of actresses and she feels Kareena will suit the bill perfectly. Kareena has not signed anything post Udta Punjab and this will possibly be her next film. Talks are on and an announcement will be made formally very soon. In all probability, it will indeed be Bebo and Sonam saath-saath."
When contacted Kareena Kapoor asking whether she would accept the role, the Udta Punjab actress replied as, "I am thinking about it." However, since things didn't work out well with Katrina Kaif, Swara Bhaskar has been roped in as the third chick in the movie. The film would have four hot chicks, and Sonam Kapoor, Swara Bhaskar have been confirmed as of now.
The source was quoted as saying, "Swara Bhaskar plays the third friend. For the character of the fourth girl in the all-girl group, the makers have finalised Tiku Talsania's daughter Shikha Talsania (best known for her role in Wake Up Sid). While Sonam and Bebo play the leads, Swara and Shikha will be the supporting leads."
