Katrina Kaif Replaced By The Hot Swara Bhaskar In Sonam Kapoor's Chick Flick!

Sonam Kapoor's sister, Rhea Kapoor, is all set to start her directorial venture through a chick flick, and had casted Sonam Kapoor and Katrina Kaif to play the lead roles in the movie. However, things have not gone right and Katrina Kaif has been replaced by Swara Bhaskar, who is of course a hot chick in real life.

It is reported that Katrina Kaif, had to play the role of a hot Delhi chick and Katrina found it hard to pull it off, as language was a problem. Rhea Kapoor, then decided to dub Katrina's voice and sort things out. However, things didn't work out between the two and Katrina Kaif has pulled out from the chick flick.

An insider was quoted as saying, "Katrina is no more a part of the project. The character that she was to play had to speak like Delhi girl and since Kat couldn't pull that off, there was talk of dubbing her voice which she wasn't comfortable with. So that didn't work out."

The insider also left things to 'fate' by saying, "Sonam and Katrina share a great camaraderie and Rhea wanted to explore more of that in her next film. Perhaps, it wasn't meant to be."

However, a source from Bollywoodlife shed light that Swara Bhaskar would replace Katrina Kaif in the upcoming chick flick. The source was quoted as saying, "Sonam and Swara are friends and their on-screen chemistry is amazing. Swara has loved her part and since this isn't just another women-oriented film but a fun chick flick with a prominent role, she grabbed the role."

It was also reported that Huma Qureshi was considered for the role and she turned down the offer as she had another movie in the pipeline. A source says, "Huma too opted out as she is in talks for a biopics on an athlete currently."
