Can You Believe It? Priyanka Chopra Went Without Sleep For 10 Full Days!
Priyanka Chopra revealed that she went without sleep for ten full days in 2006 as she was shooting for four different films simultaneously & managed to give it her best by remembering all the lines.
We all know that success doesn't come easy and one has to break her back in order to achieve it. A few lucky ones are born with a silver spoon in their mouth but the majority of us need to work super hard to get success. Priyanka Chopra revealed one such instance back in 2006 when she went without sleep for ten days as she was busy shooting for four movies simultaneously and worked for five shifts in a day. Now that's serious hard work there! She revealed her struggles to Bollywoodlife,
"Ten
days
is
the
longest
I
have
gone
without
sleep.
I
think,
at
the
beginning
of
my
career.
There
was
some
date
clash
in
2005
or
2006
and
I
was
shooting
about
four
films
together.
I
remember
Aitraaz
was
one
of
them,
Mujhse
Shaadi
Karoge
was
the
other,
I
don't
remember
the
other
two
films.
There
were
four
films,
and
all
of
their
sets
were
put
in
Filmistan
and
I
was
doing
one
climax
in
Film
City.
I
was
doing
five
shifts
every
day."
When asked how she managed to remember all the lines during the shoot without sleep, she said, "Yes. And act and remember lines of all your characters. I used to come down to Mumbai when I was shooting Bajirao during Quantico just to shoot on Sunday and then go back and then land and then go straight to work. You have to find ways to train your body. I have a quick fix for jet lag. Whenever you get on to a long flight you have to time your sleep according to the country you are going to land in. Because once you land, then you are on that cycle."
The hard working and multi tasking girl Priyanka Chopra is all set to debut in Hollywood with the film Baywatch and it also stars Dwayne Johnson aka The Rock and Zac Efron in the lead roles. The film is set to hit the theatres worldwide in 2017.
