A source close to the clothing line Being Human was quoted as saying, "Salman and Amy have always wanted to work with each other. She had let go off Kick (2014) with him because she had given her dates to Shankar's 'I'."

The source further commented, "The duo has great energy. They discussed everything under the sun from films to food. Salman also enquired how 2.0 (Amy's next film) was shaping up. And after a late pack up, the crew headed to Salman's house."
