Amy Jackson, Rajinikanth & Akshay Kumar Starrer Robo 2.0 Nears Completion!

Director of Robo 2.0 Shankar just confimed in a tweet that the shoot of 2.0 is nearing its completion and only a song and some patch works are left to be shot. He tweeted, "With my team after finishing a major scene of #2.0 . One song and some patch works are only the balance." Wow, isn't that awesome news? So superstar Rajinikanth, Amy Jackson and Akshay Kumar starrer 2.0 will be completed shortly and the VFX team will then take the film forward.

The remaining song, according to a source, will be shot with Rajinikanth and Amy Jackson in April. Rajinikanth plays dual roles in the film, one of a scientist and the other of a robot. It is reported that Amy Jackson too will play the role of a robot and Akshay Kumar that of a crow after an experiment gone wrong.

Robo 2.0 is the most awaited film of the year and is scheduled to hit the theatres during Diwali, 2017. Rohit Shetty's Golmaal Again was supposed to be released at the same time but the director chose not to clash with Robo 2.0 as he revealed that he respects Rajinikant and does not want the films to clash at the box office.
