Saif
Ali
Khan's
last
film
Rangoon
may
have
failed
to
set
the
cash
registers
ringing
at
the
box
office
but
it
did
manage
to
win
some
critical
acclaim.
Nikkhil
Advani's
ambitious
project
Baazaar
was
in
the
news
for
a
pretty
long
time
has
finally
got
it's
leading
man
in
the
form
of
Saif.
Last
night,
the
director
of
the
film
Gauravv
K
Chawla
took
to
Twitter
to
release
the
first
official
poster
of
the
film.
Have
a
look
at
it
here...
The
poster
features
Saif
sporting
few
grey
streaks
and
dressed
up
in
a
formal
business
suit.
It
also
has
an
intriguing
caption
which
reads,
"yaha
paisa
Bhagwaan
nahi,
par
Bhagwaan
se
kam
bhi
nahi"
while
Saif
is
seen
gazing
into
the
camera.
The
film
is
touted
to
be
a
thriller
based
in
the
stock
market.
Baazaar
also
marks
the
acting
debut
of
Late
Vinod
Mehra's
son
Rohan.
Earlier
while
talking
to
a
leading
daily,
Nikkhil
had
said,
"'Baazaar'
is
a
story
of
this
city
(Mumbai).
It's
a
film
which
likens
to
a
'Trishul'.
But
the
backdrop
is
business
and
share
bazaar
(market).
It's
about
the
city
because
intoxication
of
the
city
drives
me
crazy.
He
further
added,
"I
can't
understand
why
people
come
into
the
city
and
live
on
sewage,
really
we're
living
on
sewage.
There
is
no
infrastructure.
Yet
people
stay
back
and
stay
for
long
which
sparks
an
instant
fire
in
you.
So,
'Baazaar' is
a
story
of
two
men,
one
who's
made
it
and
one
who's
trying
to
make
it,
how
they
come
together
and
what
they
do."
Meanwhile
the
makers
are
yet
to
announce
the
leading
ladies
but
several
names
like
Nimrat
Kaur
and
Fatima
Sana
Shaikh
has
been
doing
the
rounds
since
a
very
long
time.
