Bengaluru Molestation Case! Farhan Akhtar Lashes Out At Politicians

The whole country is shocked with the news of the mass molestation case in Bangalore on the New Year's night of 2017 and sadly a few comments from the politicians has drawn the ire of the people. Farhan Akhtar took to Twitter about the issue and took a jibe at politicians for their rather stupid remarks.

Farhan Akhtar tweeted, "Women should not dress like westerners b'coz men dressed like westerners are molesters, says the man in the shirt. #oxy (deprived) morons." This is in reference to a minister who blamed women for wearing western outfits, which according to him was the cause of molestation.

Also, Bollywood celebs like Aamir Khan and Salim Khan have expressed their regret on the incident and Salim Khan has urged PM Narendra Modi to address the issue at the earliest and assure people that severe action will be taken against the culprits.

On the other hand, the Rock On 2 star Farhan Akhtar wished everyone a happy new year on Twitter, "Happy new year to you and all your loved ones.."
