ENOUGH NOW! Bipasha Basu Is Done With Horror Films, Will No More Do Them
Bipasha isn't keen on doing horror flicks anymore and wants to attempt something different.
If you check Bipasha Basu's filmography in the last few years, you will see that the actress has been doing a lot of horror films be it Raaz, Raaz 3D, Aatma or Alone which earned her the tag of 'Horror Queen' of Bollywood.
However now, the actress is no more keen on doing films belonging to this genre. A DNA report quoted her saying, "I am done with horror and there is no going back to it anymore. I do not want to dabble anymore with the genre. I would like to explore all kinds of roles and attempt everything else except horror. I have made it clear to everyone," without specifying the reason for the change in stance.
Previously, she successfully anchored the television mini-series, Darr Sabb Ko Lagta Hai. Lately, there was buzz that she would be seen in a cameo in a television horror series, Koi Laut Ke Aaya Hai, but the actress denied the news adding that her focus would be entirely on films. She was quoted saying, "There is no question of taking up any such role. Also, films are my priority. Television is not on my mind right now, unless I am approached for something that's really interesting."
Meanwhile, sources reveal that if goes well then 2017 may be a rather busy year for Bipasha Basu. The actress further admitted that she is in talks with a few filmmakers and added,"Since returning from Australia in the first week of January, I have dived into narrations and meetings and a couple of ad shoots. I am hoping to take up some very promising films."
Well, let's hope that she makes some official announcement soon.
