O Teri! Dangal Girl Sanya Malhotra To Star In Manmarziyan Post Ayushmann-Bhumi's Exit?
If reports are to be believed then the Dangal actress Sanya Malhotra has bagged a new film which will be directed by Anurag Kashyap.
Sanya Malhotra made an impressive debut in Bollywood last year with Aamir Khan's critically accalimed film 'Dangal'. Her portrayal of Babita Phogat was quite appreciated by the audience who wanted to see more of her in the film.
Well, it looks like the wait has finally come to an end. If the latest buzz is to be believed then the young actress might end up featuring in Aanand L.Rai's Manmarziyan.
A Deccan Chronicle report quoted a source as saying, "Sanya is being seriously considered for Manmarziyan. The makers are yet to narrate the script to Sanya, but there's little reason for her to turn it down."
Last year, Manmarziyan went on floors with Ayushmann Khurrana and Bhumi Pednekar in lead roles and 'Luv Shuv Tey Chicken Khurrana' director Sameer Sharma calling the directorial shots. However due to some reasons, Sharma was replaced by Ashwiny Iyer Tiwari but unfortunately things didn't work out and the film was put on the backburner.
Now, in the latest turn of events we hear that Anurag Kashyap would be helming this project. Sources suggest that the filmmaker who was looking around for a fresh face, loved Sanya Malhotra's work in Dangal and wants her to be a part of this film.
