Dia Mirza Lashes Out Against Donald Trump's Immigration Ban!

Dia Mirza has come out strongly against the President of the United States Donald Trump, for his infamous immigration ban on seven countries which she feels is wrongly dividing people in the name of religion, race and culture. The ban was cheered by his supporters and jeered by the opposition as they took out to the streets protesting the new policy.

The lovely lass Dia, tweeted her ire against Trump without mentioning his name as, "Ppl who use religion, culture, caste, geography to divide/harm, have done it for centuries. That's how they weaken you, to control you." The actress further retweeted articles showing Donald Trump's policies in the bad light and said, "The change people can impact. That is the power of democracy. Witnessing what's happening in #NYC is so inspiring!"

Bollywood celebs Sophie Choudry and Mika Singh had shown their displeasure on Trump's immigration ban and 'Bollywood writers group' had also joined in the bandwagon criticising the US President. However, US laws suggest that the President has all the legal authority to ban the entry of people from certain countries whom he feels might pose a threat to its national security. The law has now been kept on hold by a Judge and Trump has vowed to overturn it.
