Is Kriti Sanon Insecure About Deepika Padukone's Item Number In Raabta? Read The Truth Here..

A couple of months ago, when Kriti Sanon was shooting for her next film, Raabta in Budapest, rumours were rife that she was not informed about the 'item number' of Deepika Padukone in the film and owing to that reason she was quite unhappy about the same!

However, in her recent interview with Bombay Times, Kriti cleared all the fuss around her and Deepika's equation and said that she loved her item number in the film!

She said, "Firstly, I hate the term item number'. It's a special dance number, which is the title track of our film. If I am offered a superb song like this in some movie, I will lap it up. In fact, I was present on the set when it was being filmed and we had a gala time. It's not a random song, it's very much a part of the narrative. Deepika was looking super hot and was the best choice for it."

When she was asked about her bonding with Deepika, here's what she said: "I have bumped into her so many times at the gym and outside. We have mutual admiration for each other. I don't know her too well personally, but she has had an amazing journey in the industry. She has grown so much and is an inspiration to all of us."

Both Kriti & Deepika had no releases in 2016 and they were last seen in Dilwale and Bajirao Mastani respectively. Interestingly, in spite of being an SRK film's heroine, Kriti couldn't beat Deepika as Bajirao Mastani had emerged as the real winner at the box office.
