Karan Johar's TV chat show 'Koffee With Karan Season 5' is all about some juiciest tid-bits and startling revelations made by the guest celebrities. The latest episode of the show was graced by Shahid Kapoor and his wife Mira and as promised, it turned out to be a crackling ride!

During the rapid fire round when KJo asked Mira, 'A role portrayed by women that would tempt you to become an actress", she gave a sweet look at her husband and quipped 'Padmavati'.

She even revealed that she had read the script of Padmavati and found it fabulous. Few months ago, there were reports doing the rounds about Mira planning to try her luck in Bollywood. However, this news turned out to be mere rumours. Nevertheless, we would love to see the pretty lady on the big screen.

Shahid recalled an incident before their courtship period when Mira's mother initially thought that the proposal was not for Shahid, but instead for his younger brother. He said, "Mira's mom thought it was for my younger brother since he is age wise more in her bracket than me. I was apparently too old".

The actor was all praises for the concept of arranged marriages and added, "I am all for arranged marriages. It is like you fall in love with the person after you get married, as compared to love marriages when that initial rush of love happens before the marriage and later you spend a lot of time looking back and waiting for those times to come again."
