HOT SCOOP: Ranveer Singh & Rohit Shetty To Team Up For The Hindi Remake Of NTR Jr's 'Temper'?

After collaborating for a Chinese food commercial, there has been a strong buzz about Rohit Shetty and Ranveer Singh teaming up for a full-fledged Hindi feature film. Now if the grapevine is to be believed then the duo have decided their next project together.

As per a leading daily, Rohit is gearing up for the Hindi remake of Puri Jagannadh's 2015 Telugu superhit flick 'Temper' which starred N.T. Rama Rao Jr and Kajal Aggarwal in leading roles. The film revolved around a corupt police officer whose life changes when he falls in love with a girl who leads him to the path of justice.

Buzz is that Rohit's Hindi version is likely to have Ranveer Singh reprising NTR Jr's role. It is said that the film-maker will begin work on this project after wrapping up Ajay Devgn-Parineeti Chopra starrer Golmaal Again. If all goes well then, we will get to see Ranveer Singh playing a cop for the first time.

Currently the actor is busy working on Sanjay Leela Bhansali's magnum opus Padmavati where he is playing the role of Alauddin Khilji. The film also stars Deepika Padukone and Shahid Kapoor.
