Sanjay Dutt Injured! Suffers From A Hairline Fracture On His Ribcage While Filming For Bhoomi!

Sanjay Dutt has suffered from a hairline fracture on his ribcage while shooting an action sequence for his comeback film Bhoomi. The shoot was held in Chambal and right after the injury Sanjay was rushed to the hospital and has been asked to rest by the doctors. A source close to the film was quoted as saying,

"During one of the crucial action sequence, Sanjay Dutt was hurt but the actor didn't pay any heed to the injury and requested to continue shoot yesterday. But when checked by doctors through X-ray post the shoot, the crew was informed about a hairline fracture with the pain which aggravated through the day. But keeping in mind the tight schedule and not delaying shoot due to the injury, Sanjay Dutt has continued shooting and takes some rests during the shoot breaks."

Despite the doctors advising Sanjay Dutt to take rest, the actor has resumed shooting and only rests during breaks after the shoot. We hope the tight schedule to complete the film will not take a toll on his health.

Omung Kumar's directorial Bhoomi is about a father-daughter relationship and stars Sanjay Dutt and Aditi Rao Hydari in the lead roles. The film is produced by Bhushan Kumar and is scheduled to hit the theatres on August 4, 2017.
