Staying fit and strong is the most integral part of an actor's life and not working out regularly can prove to be a disaster for their filmy career as they'd be out of shape. However, hitting the gym on a daily basis is impossible as other work commitments take priority and Shraddha Kapoor has her own take on the whole thing. Even if she misses going to the gym, she has her own workout session named 'dancercise' which keeps her fit all the time. Wondering what Shraddha Kapoor's secrets are? Well, here you go!

"As soon as I wake up, I meditate for 10 minutes and do this quick 10-15 minute workout. It comprises of playing my favorite songs, stretching and lifting weights mixed with dancing. So, I thought why not work out at home. I call it my dancercise. It's a fun way to exercise because I get to dance, engage my body, and listen to my favourite music."

Shraddha Kapoor is currently shooting for her upcoming film Haseena and will be playing the role of the most wanted terrorist Dawood Ibrahim's sister Haseena Parkar. The role of Dawood would be played by her own brother Siddhanth Kapoor.
