Sonam Kapoor's hubby Anand Ahuja turns a year older today and the couple celebrated his birthday in his hometown, New Delhi. Anil Kapoor, who is currently busy promoting his upcoming film Fanney Khan, also flew in to the capital city to be a part of the midnight celebrations. Later, Sonam took to her Instagram page to share a few glimpses from the low-key bash.

Earlier in an interview with Filmfare, Anand opened up about striking a balance between career and relationship and said, "My best friends are from here. I know more people here than in Delhi. However, my work is based out of the capital. So Sonam and I will be shuttling between the two cities for the time being." He further added, "When it comes to marriage, small things matter a lot. We eat meals together, even if we are in different time zones, on Skype. We also actively make sure that we don't go over two weeks without seeing each other."
