Angad Bedi Finally ADMITS Neha Dhupia Was Pregnant Before Their Wedding; Says His In-Laws Were Livid

Angad Bedi finally put an end to all the speculations about his hush-hush wedding when he was invited to his wife Neha's podcast show, No Filter Neha.

While the entire nation was busy going gaga over Sonam Kapoor-Anand Ahuja's grand wedding in May, Neha Dhupia and Angad Bedi left everyone pleasantly surprised with their hush-hush wedding a day after. The couple kept their wedding a private affair and tied the knot as per the Sikh rituals in a Gurudwara in Delhi.

There were strong whispers that the couple hastily got married because Neha was expecting their child. Few months later, they officially announced Neha's pregnancy on Instagram. And now, the cat is out of the bag. Angad finally put an end to all the speculations about his hush-hush wedding when he was invited to his wife Neha's podcast show, No Filter Neha-

It Was Neha's Pregnancy Which Led Them To Tie The Knot

Angad Bedi admitted Neha's pregnancy was a reason for their sudden marriage. The actor narrated how he landed with his parents at Neha's house to break the news of his then-girlfriend's pregnancy and propose marriage to her.

Before Angad Broke The News

The actor revealed that he received a warm welcome at her house and it was only after gorging on gulab jamuns, dosa, tea and beer that he finally decided to break the news.

Neha's Parents Blasted Him

Angad spoke about how this was followed by silence and then a huge showdown as his in-laws blasted him for creating such a situation.

Neha's Mom Even Suffered From Nose Bleeding

Neha's mother lost her temper upon hearing the news and even suffered from nose bleeding amid the outburst.

'I Was Nervous'

"Considering that you didn't want to break the news that you were expecting, so we had to tell them that we need to get married and we love each other. I was extremely nervous because that was the judgement day, technically," Angad told Neha on the podcast.

'I Had To Really Man Up & Speak'

He further added, "To break the news to your parents, I really had cold feet as clearly it was not going to come from you (Neha). Everything had to come for me. I had to really man up and speak. I just had to blurt it out and see the reaction."

Neha On Having Angad On 'No Filter With Neha'

The actress told Mid-Day, "When I asked him to come on the show as a guest, Angad asked me, 'Are you sure? My replies may land you in trouble.' The shoot was fun as we kept on flirting on air. I am hoping nobody will get upset because, at the end of the day, he is my husband."

'Some Of His Replies Made Me Blush, Others Left Me Cringing'

"While some of his replies made me blush, others left me cringing. Thank God, I am the producer! That way, I can edit the stuff where the flirting got out of hand," Neha added.
