Ayushmann Khurrana's Wedding Anniversary Wish For His 'Bachpan Ka Pyaar' Tahira Is All Things Cute!
As Ayushmann Khurrana and Tahira Kashyap celebrate their tenth wedding anniversary today, the actor shared a sepia-toned wedding photo on his Instagram page to express his love for his wife.
Ayushmann Khurrana is winning our hearts not just with his work, but also with personal life. Recently, the actor kept a fast on Karwa Chauth for his wife, Tahira Kashyap when she couldn't fast for him due to health issues.
For all those who ain't aware, Tahira was recently diagnosed with breast cancer and so her doting hubby Ayushmann decided to fast for her instead. Just when we thought he couldn't get more cuter than this, the actor shared a sepia-toned wedding photo on his Instagram as he and Tahira complete ten years of marriage today. What made us smile is the caption that read, "मेरे बचपन का प्यार। Ek dashak banaaya hai, Lagta hai ek shatak banaya hai. Ten years of togetherness. Happy anniversary." Well, we just can't help ourselves from saying, 'Pyaar ho toh aisa'!
Earlier while talking about why he decided to keep a fast for Tahira for Karwa Chauth, he told Pinkvilla, "I think it's high time that men should also be fasting for their wives. Why should only women fast for their husbands? It should be the other way around also. You are same. There should be no disparity."
Further when told that he is being declared the 'Husband of the year' as he and Tahira keep dropping major couple goals, the actor quipped, "You know, I was not expecting this kind of reaction that we will go viral or something. I just did it for my wife. I thought she will feel happy about it. And I realised the entire world is feeling happy about it (laughs).
He went on to add, "My friends have been calling and saying 'Why are you doing this to us? We are feeling pressured. We have to keep Karwa Chauth every year now because of you'. Mujhe doston se bohot gaaliyan padi hai iss chakkar mein ke yeh kya kar raha hai tu."
On the work front, Ayushmann is currently on cloud nine with back-to-back successes, AndhaDhun and Badhaai Ho. The actor will be next seen gracing the couch with Vicky Kaushal on Koffee With Karan and we just can't wait for this episode to be telecasted.
