A leading entertainment portal is quoted as stating, "The first tradition that took place in Italy yesterday was phool muddi (a traditional Konkani Engagement ceremony). It's an official engagement kind of thing where the to-be-bride Deepika Padukone's father welcomed Ranveer Singh and his family, gave him a coconut, and made him sit and wash his feet. After that, Deepika and Ranveer officially exchanged rings. The couple's smiles widened, and touch wood, we feel elated when love stories triumph."

Though we haven't got our hands on any picture of Ranveer & Deepika, an inside picture of singer Harshdeep Kaur is going viral on the social media. Singer Harshdeep Kaur, who's also in attendance, shared a lovely picture with her hubby from Lake Como and captioned it as saying, "What a beautiful day."

According to a report in Filmfare, "The main functions have kick-started. The much-awaited grand sangeet ceremony and mehendi ceremonies are being hosted by Deepika and Ranveer at the Villa Del Belbiane."
The report also states that both Deepika and Ranveer will dance to each other's hit tracks, including songs from films like Band Baaja Baaraat and Yeh Jawaani Hai Deewani.
