Two-film
old
Harshvardhan
Kapoor
says
he
believes
in
ensuring
his
work
mirrors
authenticity
and
it
is
something
that
he
will
never
compromise
on.
The
actor,
who
will
next
be
seen
playing
the
role
of
Abhinav
Bindra,
says
the
biopic
on
the
Olympic
gold
medalist
will
be
an
"honest" portrayal
of
the
subject.
"I
don't
compromise
and
I
try
to
do
things
as
close
to
real
as
possible.
And
the
Bindra
biopic
will
follow
the
same
template
which
is
why
it
has
taken
us
so
long
to
get
the
film
together
because
we
have
tried
to
be
honest," Harshvardhan
told
PTI
in
an
email
interview.
The
actor,
who
was
last
seen
in
Vikramaditya
Motwane's
Bhavesh
Joshi
Superhero,
says
both
of
his
films
till
date
are
real
and
original
pieces
of
work.
"...
There
is
no
fluff.
The
Bindra
biopic
will
follow
the
same
template.
That
is
why
for
me
making
movies
is
a
more
time-consuming
process
because
I
really
believe
in
authenticity,"
he
adds.
Harshvardhan
made
his
Bollywood
debut
with
2016's
Mirzya,
which
like
his
last
release
did
not
do
well
at
the
box
office.
His
performance
was,
however,
appreciated
by
the
critics.
The
actor
is
realistic
when
it
comes
to
the
mercurial
nature
of
the
trade
and
says
he
cannot
predict
how
his
films
will
fare
at
the
ticket
window.
He,
however,
adds,
"But
when
you
watch
my
movie,
I
can
promise
you
one
thing
that
it
is
going
to
be
different
from
anything
you
have
ever
seen
before.
It
is
the
same
with
Bindra."
"It
is
going
to
be
very
authentic
to
who
is
he
as
a
person
and
he
is
very
unique
man
and
he
has
had
a
very
unique
journey
so
looking
forward
to
another
original
film.
One
thing
that
I
can
promise
you
is
it's
very
true
to
who
he
is
for
sure."
His
sister,
Sonam
Kapoor
Ahuja,
has
established
herself
as
an
actor
and
a
fashionista
and
with
Reebok
India,
now
Harshvardhan
is
also
taking
steps
to
find
his
style
statement.
Last
week
in
Mumbai,
the
actor
showcased
Reebok
India's
Fall
Winter
18
collection.
Talking
about
the
clothing
line,
Harshvardhan
says,
"Reebok
is
really
trying
to
make
streetwear
fashionable
and
comfortable
and
it's
also
very
pro
Mumbai
weather.
So
I
think
it's
a
perfect
fit
and
it's
also
a
lot
more
reasonably
priced
than
some
of
the
other
brands."
