Kedarnath Teaser: Sushant Singh Rajput- Sara Ali Khan Face Nature's Wrath With The Power Of Love!
After much anticipation, the makers of Kedarnath have released the teaser which gives a glimpse of the love story set against the backdrop of the floods of Kedarnath.
Make way for the teaser of one of the most awaited flicks of this year! After an impressive first look poster, the makers of Sushant Singh Rajput-Sara Ali Khan starrer Kedarnath have released the official teaser of the film.
The one and a half minute teaser gives us a glimpse of how no tragedy or wrath of nature or act of God can defeat the power of love! It introduces Sara Ali Khan who is all set to make her big screen debut with the film. Sushant and Sara Ali Khan get the audience excited with their refreshing and crackling chemistry.
Showcasing the power of love, the duo stands strong as Kedarnath faces the wrath of nature in the form of the floods. Check out the teaser here-
Set on a 14km pilgrimage from Gauri Kund to Kedarnath ( the 2000 year old temple of Lord shiva ), Kedarnath is a love story between Mansoor and Mukku played by Sushant Singh Rajput and Sara Ali Khan respectively.
Mansoor, a reserved and reticent Pithoo ( porter ) who lives with his widowed mother, in a hamlet called Rambara helps pilgrims make an arduous journey upwards to the temple town. His world goes into a tailspin as he encounters the beautiful and rebellious Mukku who sucks him into a whirlwind of intense love.
The mountain tsunami that wrecked the temple town in the June of 2013 leaving more than a hundred thousand dead sets the backdrop for this epic love story.
Producer Pragya Kapoor said in a statement, "Set against the backdrop of nature's fury, Kedarnath is not an everyday love story. Shooting on virgin and undeveloped terrain was as thrilling as it was draining. This has made the journey to completion a well-earned reward. All thanks to the invaluable contributions of the entire cast and crew. We are all charged up about bringing Kedarnath to our audiences."
