Kirik Party Hindi Remake: Jacqueline Fernandez Confirmed To Play Kartik Aaryan's Love Interest

Jacqueline Fernandez has been finalized to play the female lead in Kartik Aaryan's Hindi remake of Kirik Party.

Few weeks ago, we had reported that Kartik Aaryan has been finalized to play the main lead in the Hindi remake of the Kannada superhit film 'Kirik Party' which starred Rakshit Shetty. Well folks, it's time to reveal the name of the actress who would be romancing Kartik in this film. Jacqueline Fernandez who was last seen in Salman Khan's Race 3 has been roped in to play the female lead.

Lately, there were various speculations about Jacqueline being a part of the Hindi remake of Kirik Party and now, the makers have confirmed these reports-

Jacqueline is is likely to be essaying the part played by Rashmika Mandanna in the original.

The actress told Mumbai Mirror, " It's a great script with blockbuster music. I look forward to working with Kartik and Abhishek (Jain) for the first time. This role is really special."

Producer Ajay Kapoor confirmed the news and said, "We are excited to have Jacqueline on board as she is someone the youth relates to and has an amazing screen presence. This is the first time Jacqueline and Kartik have been cast together and we are confident that the audience will enjoy watching this fresh pair."

The Film Is Slated To Go On Floors In October

National Award winner Abhishek Jain, known for his work in the Gujarati film industry such as Wrong Side Raju, is all set to make his Bollywood directorial debut with the Kirik Party remake. The film deals with a central theme of how friendship and love can turn a boy into a compassionate man.
