Radhika Apte: The #MeToo Movement Has More Sh*t Out There, It Will Come Out As An Explosion
Radhika Apte opened up about the #MeToo movement by saying that there's more sh*t out there that needs to be told and it will all come out as an explosion like we've never seen before.
The
#MeToo
movement
has
taken
the
country
by
a
storm
and
several
women
across
all
domains
have
come
out
and
named
their
harasser
out
in
the
open.
While
some
men
have
lost
their
jobs,
the
others
are
fighting
it
out
in
the
courts.
The
AndhaDhun
actress
Radhika
Apte
opened
up
about
the
MeToo
movement
by
saying
that
there's
still
a
lot
of
sh*t
that
needs
to
come
out
and
when
it
does,
it
would
be
like
an
explosion
like
no
other.
She
stated
that
all
these
accusations
are
just
the
tip
of
the
iceberg
and
that
there
are
many
more
skeletons
that
would
tumble
out
of
the
closet
pretty
soon.
#MeToo
Is
An
Explosion
Against
The
Harassers
"I'm
very
pleased
people
are
calling
out
sexual
harassment,
it's
high
time
this
happened.
It's
coming
out
in
an
explosive
way
but
it's
just
the
tip
of
the
iceberg," she
said
to
Mumbai
Mirror.
There's
More
Out
There,
Says
Radhika
Apte
"There's
a
lot
of
more
s**t
out
there.
I'm
hoping
we
come
up
with
a
constructive
way
of
dealing
with
it
It's
also
important
to
be
fair.
This
is
a
tricky
one
because
it's
a
sensitive
subject."
Sexual
Harassment
Should
Not
Happen
Anywhere
"Sexual
abuse
shouldn't
be
happening
at
any
workplace
or
even
in
personal
life.
The
kind
of
things
that
are
coming
out
should
not
be
tolerated.
Period."

of

and

confused
a
lot
of
people.
