After Priyanka Chopra & Deepika Padukone, Is Shahrukh Khan All Set To Debut In Hollywood?
Shahrukh Khan was asked about his plans to debut in Hollywood and his reply will leave you in splits. He can take on any subject and make the audiences have a good laugh.
Bollywood
stars
such
as
Priyanka
Chopra,
Deepika
Padukone,
Anil
Kapoor,
Naseeruddin
Shah,
Irrfan
Khan
and
others
have
made
it
to
Hollywood,
and
Shahrukh
Khan
was
asked
if
he's
ready
to
debut
in
Hollywood!
Shahrukh
Khan
joked
that
he'll
never
debut
in
Hollywood,
as
he
feels
his
English
is
a
little
weak
and
also
stated
that
Hollywood
actors
will
one
day
make
an
entry
in
Bollywood
instead.
Shahrukh
Khan
opened
up
to
Economic
Times
by
saying,
"They
have
to
look
at
me;
I
can't
look
at
them.
I
look
at
the
moon
every
day
but
I
don't
reach
for
it.
It
started
with
Om
Puriji
and
now
Priyanka,
Irrfan
and
so
many
others
are
doing
it.
Nawazuddin
Siddiqui
is
getting
some
films.
Amitji
(Amitabh
Bachchan)
has
done
some,
Anupam
Kher
too
has
and
it's
wonderful.
But
I
have
never
been
offered
an
opportunity.
I
don't
even
know
if
I
am
good
enough
to
do
it
-
I
think
my
English
is
a
little
weak
(smiles)."
The
Baadshah
of
Bollywood,
Shahrukh
Khan
further
commented,
"My
own
attempt
is
to
make
Indian
films
watched
at
that
level.
Again,
not
taking
away
from
the
greatness
of
anything
that
others
have
achieved,
I'd
like
Tom
Cruise
to
say
one
day
that
'I've
been
given
a
chance
in
a
Hindi
film'.
Man,
that
will
be
wonderful.
Christopher
Nolan
would
say
that
there
is
a
producer
in
India
who
wants
him
to
make
a
film.
Inshallah,
that
will
happen."
So
there
you
go,
folks!
Shahrukh
Khan
will
not
be
debuting
in
Hollywood
anytime
soon,
but
the
actor
dreams
that
Hollywood
stars
will
make
an
entry
in
Bollywood
instead.
Well,
no
wonder
they
call
Shahrukh
Khan
the
man
with
a
different
thought
process
altogether.
On
the
work
front,
Shahrukh
Khan
is
currently
shooting
for
his
upcoming
movie
Zero,
which
also
stars
Anushka
Sharma
and
Katrina
Kaif.
The
movie
is
directed
by
Aanand
L
Rai
and
for
the
first
time
ever,
he'll
be
seen
playing
the
role
of
a
dwarf.
Zero
is
co-produced
by
his
wife
Gauri
Khan
and
the
film
is
scheduled
to
hit
the
theatres
on
December
21,
2018.
