progress,
as
the
police
took
down
statements
of
actor
Sudhir
Pandey,
who
is
a
member
of
Cine
&
TV
Artistes'
Association
(CINTAA).
Sudhir
Pandey
was
present
during
the
shoot
of
Horn
OK
Please
in
2008
and
is
a
witness
to
what
occurred
on
that
fateful
day.
It
is
reported
that
the
police
will
also
take
statements
from
the
others
who
came
forward
as
witnesses
in
the
Tanushree-Nana
case.
Actor
Sudhir
Pandey
opened
up
by
saying,
"I've
provided
the
cops
with
the
facts
of
the
case
and
minutes
of
the
meeting
between
the
complainant
and
the
party
in
which
the
issue
of
sexual
harassment
was
raised.
Since
the
complainant
had
also
lodged
a
police
complaint,
we
followed
the
standard
procedure," he
said
to
the
reporters.

the

the
investigation

CINTAA
general
secretary
Sushant
Singh
said
during
the
press
conference
that
the
organisation
is
providing
full
support
towards
the
case.
"We
are
looking
into
the
cases
of
Nana
Patekar-Tanushree
Dutta,
Alok
Nath-Vinta
Nanda
and
Flora
Saini-Gaurang
Doshi
cases
and
we
are
co-operating
with
police.
We
are
taking
legal
advice
to
decide
our
plan
of
action
in
the
coming
days.
We
hope
that
in
the
end
truth
will
prevail."

Previously
Just

ago,
Tanushree
Dutta
had
lashed
out
against
CINTAA
for
"all
talk,
no
action"
and
stated
that
they
talk
about
justice
and
law
in
front
of
the
cameras,
but
when
the
cameras
are
off,
they
sit
on
the
file
and
do
nothing.

said

said
that

finds
