Here's Why Disha Patani Signed Bharat Despite Being Just A Supporting Actress!
Disha Patani does not have a meaty role in Bharat as compared to Salman Khan and Katrina Kaif, but still she went ahead and signed the movie, as she fell in love with the script.
Salman Khan and Katrina Kaif are in full swing shooting for their upcoming movie Bharat and completed their shoot in Mumbai and Malta. The next leg of the shoot will be held from September 20, in Abu Dhabi, and meanwhile, Salman Khan will spend the break of 10 days to celebrate Ganesh Chaturthi at Arpita Khan and Aayush Sharma's residence. Also, despite Salman and Katrina having meaty roles in the movie, Disha Patani still chose to be a part of the movie even though her role was not meaty enough.
Director Ali Abbas Zafar revealed that Disha Patani signed the film as she fell in love with the script and wanted to be a part of it, irrespective of her part in it. "The story spans over 65 years, and every role in the film is important. The idea is to make a movie with many special characters. I narrated the entire story to Disha before I signed her on. She said that she will do the film irrespective of her part in it, because it is a beautiful story. She also added that the film is more important than anybody's role," he said to Filmfare.

"Even big actors get excited about great content in the mainstream space. So, I can't take something that's substandard to any of the top stars. Every Friday becomes a career-defining moment. When the expectations are higher, the challenge becomes that much bigger," said Ali Abbas Zafar.
Disha Patani's Role In Bharat
Disha Patani plays the role of a trapeze artist in Bharat and most of her scenes will be from the circus-related sequences. The shoot was held at the Mehboob Studios in Mumbai and Disha worked really hard to get the reflexes.

We guess only Disha Patani can take up the role of a trapeze artist, as it demands a lot of fitness. Her Instagram handle is filled with workout regimes and she's giving her best to the movie.
Grand Release Of Bharat
Salman Khan, Katrina Kaif, Disha Patani and Sunil Grover starrer Bharat is scheduled to hit the theatres during Eid 2019. The film is directed by Ali Abbas Zafar and co-produced by Bhushan Kumar.
