Sophie Choudry opened up about the sexual harassment allegations levelled against film-maker Rajkumar Hirani by saying that she personally has never had a vibe from him.

Rajkumar Hirani's name popped up in the wake of the #MeToo movement as a woman from his own team accused him of sexual harassment and that took the industry by shock. The film-maker's name was then dropped from the Ek Ladki Ko Dekha Toh Aisa Laga posters and his relationship with Vidhu Vinod Chopra has been strained and reports are doing the rounds that he might be removed from Munna Bhai 3 as well. Sophie Choudry opened up about Rajkumar Hirani's #MeToo controversy and said that she personally never had any vibe from him.

"I never had any vibe from him. He is very lovely whenever we have met. I know friends of mine like Dia (Mirza) who have worked with him. There is that initial moment of not wanting to believe. But on the other hand, then you are passing the judgment on that girl. It's a tricky situation to be in. Sometimes you want to believe the women but there are many who have tried derailed it," said Sophie Choudry to Bollywoodlife.
