One of the most loved jodis of 90s, Sanjay and Madhuri starred in many blockbuster films like 'Saajan', 'Khalnayak', 'Thaanedaar' amongst others. On the personal front, the duo were even rumoured to be a couple in real life in 90s until they apparently split on an ugly note.

Cut to 2019, Sanjay and Madhuri will be seen together in Abhishek Verman's Kalank. Recently in an interview with Mid-day, Dutt confessed that he was nervous working with the 'dhak-dhak' girl after so many years.

Sanjay Dutt was all praises and admitted that he was a little nervous working with her.

The actor told the tabloid, "It was great to work with her again. I was a little nervous, but she made things easy. She's got terrific command as an actor."

In his interview with Mid-day, Sanjay Dutt further said, "I can't take my work for granted. I have to start taking onus of my characters; earlier, I would leave it on the directors. [Having said that] I will still surrender myself to Bhatt saab [Mahesh Bhatt] for Sadak 2, which we start soon."

Speaking about Kalank, the film stars Sanjay Dutt, Madhuri Dixit, Varun Dhawan, Alia Bhatt, Aditya Roy Kapur and Sonakshi Sinha. The movie is slated to release on 17th April, 2019.
