Arjun Kapoor has begun shooting for his upcoming horror comedy film, Bhoot Police. The actor revealed that after spending the lockdown at home and battling COVID-19, he is excited to head back to work and begin shooting on outdoor locations.

Talking about heading out for shoots Arjun said that he is glad the industry is back on its feet again, and added, "It's actually refreshing to be outdoors and shooting for a film. It was really tough for our industry when the pandemic started and the lockdown that followed thereafter. I'm really happy that the industry has found its feet again and has started shooting with utmost care. It has taken a lot of preparations and stringent safety measures had to be applied for things to resume."

Arjun recently joined as the new cast member of Bhoot Police alongside Yami Gautam and Jacqueline Fernandez. The film originally cast actor Ali Fazal and Fatima Sana Shaikh, meanwhile, Saif Ali Khan is still attached to the project as one of the main leads. The new cast and crew have shot some scenes in Dalhousie and are now in Dharamshala.

Arjun, thrilled to be outdoors, added that the makers are taking utmost care and haven't forgotten that the pandemic isn't over yet. "I'm just glad that we have been able to achieve a bio-bubble because we have been going to different locations for our film and the risk of infection is way higher when you travel this much."
