Sushant Singh Rajput's sudden demise after battling depression has brought a lot of attention to mental health. Just as people are getting educated and talking openly about mental health, actress Richa Chadha also confessed that she now has begun to understand 'what mental health means'.

The actress took to her Twitter account on Monday and wrote that she regrets calling someone bipolar. The tweet read, "I think last year I made a joke about someone being 'bipolar'. The joke was borne out of a petulant desire to seem witty in even less than 280 characters. As I am now only beginning to grasp what #mentalhealth means, I just want to apologise and couldn't have said this sooner."
