Bollywood actor Sushant Singh Rajput's last rites were performed on Monday (June 15, 2020) in the presence of his immediate family members and few friends from the film industry, in Vile Parle in Mumbai. The MS Dhoni star ended his life on June 14, 2020 in his Mumbai residence, and left the entire nation in shock and deep grief.

After attending Sushant Singh Rajput's funeral, Vivek Oberoi penned an emotional note on the actor's death and shared it on his Twitter page. In his post, the Saathiya actor shared heartbreaking details about Sushant's cremation, and also said that the film industry needs to become a better place where "talent is nurtured and not crushed."
