stated
that
the
police
authorities
had
registered
a
criminal
case
against
Elvish
Yadav
under
sections
509
(insulting
the
modesty
of
a
woman),
67
(punishment
for
publishing
or
transmitting
obscene
material
in
electronic
form)
and
354D
(stalking)
of
the
Indian
Penal
Code.
The
report

added
that
the
investigations
against

going
