11-Yr-Old Aaradhya Bachchan Moves Delhi HC Against YouTube Channel; Wondering What Happened? Check DEETS Here
Aaradhya Bachchan, the 11-year-old granddaughter of Amitabh Bachchan and Jaya Bachchan, has reportedly filed a case against a YouTube tabloid for spreading false news about her health.
Daughter of Abhishek Bachchan and Aishwarya Rai Bachchan, Aaradhya has been in the public eye since her birth on November 16, 2011, and has often been in the limelight for her cute pictures and school videos.
AARADHYA BACHCHAN FILES CASE AGAINST YOUTUBE CHANNEL
As per reports, Aaradhya is believed to have stood up against the YouTube channel's reporting as she is a minor. The hearing of the case will take place today (April 20).
The law firm Anand and Naik filed the petition, stating that the defendants' sole motivation is to unlawfully profit from the reputation of the Bachchan family, "irrespective of the damage caused to the plaintiffs and their family members".
WHEN ABHISHEK BACHCHAN SLAMMED TROLLS FOR ATTACKING AARADHYA
Unfortunately, this is not the first time Aaradhya has been subjected to trolls on social media. Abhishek Bachchan, Aaradhya's father, has previously hit back at trolls, saying that targeting Aaradhya is completely unacceptable and something that he will not tolerate. The Bol Bachchan star also made it clear that he can accept those who target him as he is a public figure, but his daughter is out of bounds.
Meanwhile, Aaradhya recently appeared in public with her mother Aishwarya Rai at the grand opening of the Nita Mukesh Ambani Cultural Centre at Jio World Gardens.
It is heartening to see that Aaradhya is taking a stand against fake news and that her family is standing by her. It is essential to remember that even though celebrities and their families are often in the public eye, they are entitled to their privacy and respect.
