Bholaa Actor Ajay Devgn Buys Multiple Office Units In Mumbai Worth This WHOPPING Amount; Here's What We Know

Ajay Devgn Buys Office Units: Actor Ajay Devgn, who was last seen in the action thriller movie Bholaa, has invested in multiple new properties in Mumbai's Andheri West area. The actor owns a production and distribution company, Ajay Devgn FFilms (ADF) which was established in 2000.

The documents that are accessed by data analytics firm CRE Matrix say that the office units that have a total of 13,293 square feet are situated in the Signature Building, Oshiwara, along Veera Desai Road. Further, the actor has also spent a whopping amount of Rs 45.09 crore on the properties.

Ajay Devgn buys multiple office units in Mumbai

Apart from the production house, Ajay also owns a visual effects company, NY VFXWAALA, which is named after his and Kajol's kids, Nysa Devgan and Yug Devgan. However, it is not known if the actor's new investment is related to any of his companies.

Talking about the recently bought office units located on the 16th floor of the building, they are valued at around Rs 30.35 crore. It has a built-up area of 8,405 square feet. Meanwhile, as per a report from Money Control, a stamp duty of ₹1.82 crore has already been paid.

The other offices purchased are on the 17th floor with a built-up area of 4,893 square feet and are reportedly worth Rs 14.74 crore. Reportedly, for these properties, a stamp duty of ₹88.44 lakh was paid. This is said to be part of Veer Savarkar's Projects.

The report also stated that the properties were registered under the name of Vishal (Ajay) Virender Devgan on April, 19, 2023.

Let us tell you that this news comes a few days after Ajay's wife and actress Kajol bought an apartment in Mumbai worth 16.5 crore. It has a carpet area of 2,493 square feet and four parking spots. The flat was sold by Bharat Realty Ventures, and registration was completed on April 13.

Ajay Devgn's last released movie, Bholaa, was with Tabu. He next has the sports dramas Maidaan, Auron Mein Kahan Dum Tha, and Singham 3. Kajol was recently seen in Lust Stories 2, and up next she has Sarzameen. She is making her digital debut with the web series The Trial.
