Salman Khan Death Threats: The Bollywood superstar currently gearing up for his upcoming release, Kisi Ka Bhai Kisi Ki Jaan, has beefed up his security amidst numerous death threats he received. Following the threats, police also stepped-up security outside his home in Mumbai.

Salman Khan, who is currently at the receiving end of death threats has added Nissan's high-end Patrol SUV to his fleet of luxury cars. Recently, the actor was spotted commuting in his new car, produced in India but has yet to enter the Indian market. The car is popular in Gulf countries and South-Asian nations.

Talking about the model that Salman Khan got for his security is one of the most-expensive SUVs that Nissan has ever created. The Tiger actor likely got it imported from the international markets. The Nissan Patrol SUV the actor bought is said to be one of the most secure cars, best for bulletproofing.

Recently, Salman Khan talked about the threats he received and said, "Poore India ke bhaijaan nahi hai, kisi ki jaan bhi hai. Bohot saaro ki jaan bhi hai. Bhaijaan unke liye hai jo ki bhai hai aur unke liye hai jise hum behen banana chahte hai."

For the unversed, gangster Lawrence Bishnoi gave two separate interviews to ABP while he is still inside the jail and expressed his anger over the actor. He was quoted as saying in the interview, "There is anger in our society for Salman Khan. He humiliated my society. A case was filed against him but he did not apologize. If he does not tender an apology, be ready to face the consequences. I will not depend on anyone else."

He further added, "There is anger in my mind for him since childhood. Will break his ego sooner or later. He should come to our deity's temple (Jambeshwarji temple) and apologise. If our society forgives, then I will not say anything."
