Ranbir Kapoor’s Animal X Review Out

Sandeep Reddy and Ranbir Kapoor's first collaboration Animal has been creating waves in the industry ever since it was announced. After all, the ace filmmaker had dropped it to be one of the most violent films ever. Besides, it is also coming with a stellar cast of Ranbir, Anil Kapoor, Rashmika Mandanna and Bobby Deol. Needless to say, Animal has been one of the most anticipated movies of the year.

In fact, the intriguing trailer had won millions of hearts and fans have been eagerly waiting for the release of this Sandeep Reddy Vanga directorial with bated breath. And now that Animal has finally hit the screens, the social media is abuzz with tweets with hailing Ranbir Kapoor's performance

Taking to micro-blogging site Twitter, a user wrote, "Extraordinary first half. Even though it was 1 hour 45 min, it was engaging all throughout. Ranbir has nailed it and the drama is just fantastic with intensity among all characters. Interval fight was lit. Remember the name - Sandeep Reddy Vanga #Animal #AnimalMovie
#RanbirKapoor". Another user wrote, "If Single scene is mass then flim blockbuster. But Every scene is mass and class no words #Animal. Only crackers in theatre and blast in box office. Extraordinary actor #RanbirKapoor #SandeepReddyVanga Real goosebumps #AnimalMovie"

A tweet also read, "When the writing itself is top-notch even 10 hours doesn't seem long. Few scenes are simply TERRIFIC & there is a Vanga stamp throughout. #Animal First Half: BLOCKBUSTER. If the 2nd half is the same, THIS WILL BE UNSTOPPABLE AT THE BOX OFFICE".

Meanwhile, Animal is expected to make an opening day collection of Rs 60 crores. While the official numbers are yet to be out, if the reports turned out to be true, Animal will be beating Shah Rukh Khan's Pathaan and become the second highest opener after Jawan.

Interestingly, Animal is witnessing a box office clash with Vicky Kaushal's biographical war drama Sam Bahadur. Talking about the clash, Vicky told Indian Express, "When two opening batsmen come to the crease, playing for the same team, you won't say that the two batsmen are clashing with each other; they are playing for a single team, so we are playing for Hindi cinema".
