It’s Killing Me: Anupam Kher Gets Teary-Eyed; Recalls His Friendship With Late Satish Kaushik; WATCH VIDEO

Satish Kaushik Demise: Veteran actor and filmmaker, Satish Kaushik passed away on March 9, after reportedly suffering a heart attack. The actor was 66. Kaushik was in Delhi when he complained of uneasiness in his chest, following which he was taken to a hospital, where he was declared brought dead. His mortal remains were brought to Mumbai after the postmortem in Delhi. His death came as a shock to the entire film fraternity.

Bollywood celebs including Anupam Kher, Salman Khan, Ranbir Kapoor, Arjun Kapoor, Shilpa Shetty, and several others rushed to his residence to pay their last rites. Anupam Kher and Satish Kaushik shared a great bond. Kher was inconsolable at his funeral as he lost his best friend.

And today, the Kashmir Files actor took to social media to recall his 45-year-old friendship with the late star. He broke down, as remembered his old days, which they spent together. The actor said he was struggling to come to terms with Kaushik's demise and that it was killing him.

The actor shared he was wondering what to eat and how he almost picked up his phone and dialed his friend. The Uunchai actor reminisced how both of them had started their journeys together from the National School of Drama. The actor captioned the video as,
