Anushka and Virat are proud parents of a daughter, Vamika whom they welcomed in January 2021. The Bollywood actress and Indian cricketer who tied the knot in 2017 will soon be sharing the good news with their fans and followers.

As per a report in Hindustan Times, a source was quoted as saying, "Anushka is expecting her second baby. Like the last time, they will formally share the news with the world at a later stage."

Off late, Anushka Sharma has been missing from public events and social gatherings in Mumbai, further fueling speculations about her pregnancy. The source added, "This isn't a coincidence. She is staying away from the public eye to avoid speculation."

Yet another source close to the couple disclosed to the entertainment portal that Anushka and Virat were recently spotted at a maternity clinic in Mumbai. However, they reportedly requested the paparazzi not to publish their pictures, promising to make an official announcement soon.

Meanwhile, Earlier, during an interview with Grazia India, the Zero actress talked about motherhood and also shared how she managed to shoot for Chakda Xpress, her upcoing film after giving birth to her daughter, Vamika.

The actress was quoted as saying, "Motherhood has internally made me a far more self-assured individual. I feel I'm way more confident as a person. It's a very real thing, caring for another human - and putting the child first in everything. I want to mention this - that it's so important to have this connect with your child."

"I'm so hands on and I do everything for her, and I enjoy doing it, so the bond is very special. I feel that she's turning into a secure individual, and I'm happy about that," she further added.

Meanwhile, on the work front, Anushka Sharma has finished shooting for her upcoming project, Chakda'Xpress, where she portrays former Indian cricketer Jhulan Goswami.
