Exclusive! Bobby Deol Reveals Dharmendra's Reaction On Animal, "Sab Pagal Ho Rahe Hai Tere Baare Mein"

Bobby Deol has become the talk of the town from the day Animal has released. The actor just has a cameo in the film, but everyone is praising his performance and audience has also been saying that they wanted to watch more of Bobby in the film. His entry song Jamal Kudu has also been trending on social media.

After Animal was released, Bobby's father and veteran actor Dharmendra took to Instagram to praise his son. He posted, "My , Talented Bob."

Filmibeat recently interacted with Bobby Deol and when asked about how emotional he was when his father gave him the compliment, the actor said, "My dad is a legend and if someone like him says that about me, it is the best compliment I can ever get, and I just love my dad. The other day when I came home, he was on his phone looking at Instagram and YouTube, and he said, 'sab pagal ho rahe hai tere baare mein (everyone is going crazy about you)'. I told him, 'haanji papa, main aapka beta hu, log pagal toh honge (I am your son so people will go crazy about me)'. He is so proud of me and he is so happy."

In 2023, Dharmendra, Sunny Deol, and Bobby Deol all have featured in successful film. Dharmendra was seen in Rocky Aur Rani Kii Prem Kahani, Sunny Deol gave a blockbuster like Gadar 2, and Bobby Deol was seen in Animal.

When we asked Bobby about people saying that 2023 is the Deols' year, the actor said, "It is definitely the Deols' year. God has been really kind to us. Fans have always been there for my family. Its just that things didn't workout the way it should have been for us. No matter how they love you, they still want to watch things that entertain them. But, finally after 22 years, my brother gave such a big blockbuster, my dad in that small role got so much magic to his character. No one else could have done, what he did, and that's why the role became so special."

"My nephew's film also came out. It didn't do well at the box office. He was wonderful in it. This is amazing that in one year, three generations of the Deols came. It has just been an amazing 2023," he added.

Animal has turned out to be blockbuster at the box office. In 11 days, the film has collected Rs. 445.12 crore.
