has
given
their
approval
for
the

of
his

Pali
Hill
bungalow.
In
its
place,
a
state-of-the-art
residential
project
is
set
to
emerge,
accompanied
by
a
dedicated
museum
on
the
ground
floor,
which
will
serve

up
with

developer
Ashar
Group.
The
venture

yield
an

900
crore.

allegations
of
document
forgery
by
a
real
estate
firm
aiming
to
take
over
the
property.

following
an
extended
legal
battle,
Saira
Banu,
Dilip
Kumar's
wife,
secured
ownership
of
the
cherished
bungalow
in
2017.
With
legal
hurdles
now
resolved,
the
construction
is

initiate
smoothly.
