Bllywood actor Abhishek Bachchan took to Instagram to wish his niece, Navya Naveli Nanda on her birthday today. Sharing a picture from Navya's childhood days, he wrote, "This little Munchkin has become a lady. Happy birthday, Navya! #MamusFavourite @navyananda."

In a now deleted tweet, senior cricketer Jaydev Unadkat slammed Ranbir Kapoor’s latest release, Animal and said, "What an absolute disaster #AnimalTheFilm was! Glorifying misogyny in today's world and then tagging it as mere "traditional masculinity" and "alpha male" is a disgrace. We ain't living in the jungles and palaces and fighting wars or going hunting anymore. It doesn't matter how good the acting was, one shouldn't glorify & show such acts in a movie that is watched by millions. There is a thing called social responsibility even in the entertainment industry that one should never forget. Just feels bad that I wasted my 3 hours to watch such a pathetically made movie."

During an interview with PinkVilla, Bobby Deol talked about his mother, Prakash Kaur’s reaction to his film, Animal and said, “My mom couldn’t handle my death scene. She was like, ‘Aisi film mat kiya kar tu, mujhse nahi dekha jaata (You shouldn’t do films like this, I can’t watch them).”

As Khushi Kapoor is set to make her big Bollywood debut with The Archies along with Suhana Khan and Agastya Nanda, she made heads turn with her special tribute to her late mother Sridevi during the screening of her debut film. At the star studded screening, Khushi was seen wearing her mother's Kaufman Franco gown.

Ranbir Kapoor and Rashmika Mandanna starrer Animal, which has been going strong at the box office, has managed to cross Rs 283 crores in five days at the box office and is now inching towards Rs 300 crores in India
