Agastya Nanda, Khushi Kapoor, and Suhana Khan's debut movie, The Archies, was finally released on December 7 on Netflix. The film also stars Vedang Raina, Mihir Ahuja, Aditi Saigal, and Yuvraj Menda. And now, after reviewing the movie, filmmaker Atlee Kumar has heaped praise on the stakids performances. Sharing his take on the film through his X (formerly Twitter) handle, Atlee wrote, “#thearchies was an exceptionally remarkable musical film directed by the highly skilled @zoieakhtar. The narrative was masterfully conveyed, with a seamless integration of artistic elements that can only be described as truly poetic. The entire ensemble of actors delivered outstanding performances that left me in awe.”

Veteran actress Jaya Bachchan’s mother, Indira Bhaduri, is reported to be hospitalised on Wednesday at Mumbai’s Hinduja Hospital due to age-related issues. Indira, who is 93 years old, is said to undergo pacemaker surgery soon. The Bachchan family is yet to react to the report.

Actor Bobby Deol recently opened up about Animal being slammed for prompting ‘toxic masculinity’. Speaking to Hindustan Times, Deol said, “I am an actor who wants to play characters. I am not out there promoting anything. I do roles which challenge me. What is storytelling? Stories are influenced by what’s happening in our society. It’s just that people don’t want to talk about those things because they want to believe that doesn’t exist. I am just an actor trying to entertain. Box office collections itself says it that people are loving it.”

Urvashi Rautela has signed yet another massive pan-Indian project titled "Nbk109." The 300 million Pan Indian project boasts an ensemble cast that includes three superstars—Bobby Deol, Dulquer Salmaan, and legendary actor Nandamuri Balakrishna. Currently, the movie is shooting in the picturesque locales of Ooty. "Nbk109" is helmed by the accomplished director K. S. Ravindra Bobby and produced by Sithara Entertainment.

Sandeep Reddy Vanga's recent directorial Animal, starring Ranbir Kapoor, Anil Kapoor, Bobby Deol and Rashmika Mandanna in the lead, has entered the coveted Rs 300 crores club on the sixth day. It is reported that Animal has managed to rake in Rs 29.61 crores at the box office on day 6 (first Wednesday) which took the overall collections of the movie to Rs 312 crores.

As Vicky Kaushal graced Koffee With Karan 8 with Kiara Advani, he spilled beans about his first anniversary gift to Katrina Kaif and said, "My first-anniversary gift to her was a piece of art. And, I've never really understood it. First, I was like, 'huh?' and those things are expensive so I was like, 'I'll hang there instead' (laughs).' But then she made me ease into it and showed me a lot of things and then I genuinely kind of got into it. Now that wall is my favorite wall in my house"
