ENT Highlights: Mission Raniganj Sees Slow Start At Box Office; Kareena Kapoor Heads For Singham Again Shoot

During his recent appearance on India Today conclave, Akshay Kumar opened up on how people called him mad for making Toilet: Ek Prem Katha & Padman. He said, “When I made Toilet: Ek Prem Katha, everybody was shocked at the title. I was asked, ‘Are you mad? Do you want to make a film on sauchalaya (toilet)? Who makes a film on a subject like toilets?’ I would like to tell you one thing, please don’t discourage me by fixating about what kind of business it (my film) is going to do. Give me courage, at least this kind of film is being made and we are showing it to our children. It is time to change society.”

Akshay Kumar’s last release, OMG 2 performed well at the box office. However, the film was released with 27 cuts and given an A certificate. Now, the actor has reacted to it during his recent interview with India Today. He said, “I don’t want to fight. I have no idea about the rules. I didn’t get into the rulebook. If they thought it was an adult film, then… did you all feel it is an adult film? Whoever we have shown the film to, they loved it. I made it for youngsters and I’m happy it is coming on Netflix and I’m happy about it. That’s it. The important thing is that people should know about it.”

Tabu, who is grabbing the eyeballs for her stint as a RAW agent in Khufiya, has opened up about the role and said that she has played almost all the ranks of police including ACP and Commissioner. “Bohot promotion ho chuke hain mere.
