Indian singer-rapper Yo Yo Honey Singh has received death threats from Canadian gangster Goldy Brar. The singer in his complaint to the Delhi police has said that he received the threats through a voice note. Honey Singh during media interaction said, "I and my staff received phone calls by people who claimed they are members of Goldy Brar. I have requested Commissioner Saab to provide me with security and investigate the matter. I am really shattered. Commissioner Saab has told me not to disclose the details as the matter is being investigated."

Following the criticism of 'tapori' dialogues in Adipurush, co-writer Manoj Muntashir assured that the language would be modified to honor public sentiment. True to their word, it appears that certain dialogues have indeed been changed. A viewer shared a tweet showcasing the altered dialogue by Bajrang (based on Hanuman), which originally said, "Kapda tere baap ka, tel tere baap ka, aag bhi tere baap ki, aur jalegi bhi tere baap ki." The dialogue has been adjusted in the new prints, replacing 'baap' with 'Lanka.' Hence, the dialogue now reads, "Kapda teri Lanka ka, tel teri Lanka ka, aag bhi teri Lanka ki, aur jalegi bhi teri Lanka hi."

Ramanand Sagar’s son, Prem Sagar has questioned how Manoj Muntashir conceived such dialogues for Adipurush. He said, “Manoj Muntashir is well-informed about Hinduism. I don't understand how he even conceived such dialogues in the film. It might be a misjudgement that the younger generation would like it. But you can't do this with the audience. Don't say it is based on Valmiki Ramayan, give it any other name. Make it a fantasy film. But if you're making Ramayan then you cannot hurt the sentiments. People watch this with devotion.”
