Vivek Agnihotri’s ‘The Vaccine War’ hasbeen selected for the 21st Chennai International Film Festival (CIFF), which is going to take place from December 14th to December 21st, where eighteen different films from several film industries will be screened as a part of the Film Festival. Sharing the news with his followers, Agnihotri said, “Happy to inform that #TheVaccineWar is the official selection in Chennai International Film Festival. Thanks to jury.”

Actress Samantha Ruth Prabhu announced on Monday that she has ventured into entrepreneurship as she launched her own production house, Tralala Moving Pictures. She also revealed her maiden project, which will be the TV show MTV Hustle Namma Pettai, Tamil version. Sharing a short video on her Instagram about her production house, Samantha wrote, “Tralala Moving Pictures aims to produce content representative of new age expression and thought. A nurturing space which invites and encourages stories that speak to the strength and complexity of our social fabric. And a platform for filmmakers to tell stories that are meaningful, authentic and universal.” Announcing the news on the show MTV Hustle, she said, “I came here as a super fan but I also want to be part of this platform. South India has so much to offer, it requires a platform like MTV Hustle. At a time when everything else feels so carefully curated, Hustle feels like the truth. I am happy to have gotten the opportunity to bring the Hip Hop revolution home. With this we launch MTV Hustle Namma Pettai. This is my maiden venture in production. And I couldn’t be more proud to bring MTV Hustle to Tamil Nadu."
