ENT HIGHLIGHTS: Rani & Kajol Recall Not Being On Talking Terms; Animal Director On Working With Ranbir Again

Karan Johar, who will be stepping into Salman Khan's shoes for the weekend ka vaar episode, lashed out at Anurag Dobhal and Khanzaadi for talking about leaving Bigg Boss 17. The filmmaker slammed the two for disrespecting the reality show that airs on Colors channel.

"If #Animal is Met with Positive response then it will have a EARTH SHATTERING ₹ 170 cr + nett 3 Days Weekend at the domestic box office," Sumit Kadel tweeted as he talked about the first weekend collection of Animal. Ranbir Kapoor, Bobby Deol, Anil Kapoor and Rashmika Mandanna starrer will hit the silver screens tomorrow (December 1).

Arun Srikanth-Sunny Arya engaged in a war of words with Abhishek Kumar after he got involved in the former's fight with Isha Malviya. The two YouTubers grabbed Abhishek's neck, attacking the actor and threatening to hit him.

Rani Mukerji, during her recent appearance on Koffee With Karan 8, spoke about keeping daughter Adira away from public eye and said, "It was our decision together that we didn't want Adira to be photographed because we have a different idea of how we want to raise Adira, so that she doesn't feel privileged or she doesn't feel very special at school, and she feels like any other kid. And she doesn't get any extra attention. That was something Adi and I wanted for her. That would only happen if she would not be photographed"

As Vir Das created history by winning 2023 International Emmy Awards in the Best Comedy category for his Netflix special Vir Das: Landing, Priyanka Chopra sent a handwritten note to him post the win along with flowers. As Sandeep Reddy Vanga and Ranbir Kapoor's first collaboration Animal is set to hit the theatres tomorrow, the director has opened up if he is planning to work with the handsome hunk on a 'dark' project. In an interview with Idlebrain, Vanga said, "With god’s grace, if Animal works, it will for sure. I’ll go deeper in terms of storytelling and character exploration. So, me and Ranbir have another idea to work together. It is very dark, and we thought if this works, we should definitely dive into the darkness."

As Rani Mukerji and Kajol graced Koffee With Karan 8, they spoke about how they weren't on talking terms during the 2000s. Talking about it, Kajol said, "It was just an organic distance. Where work is concerned it’s more that both of us liked where we were". Furthermore, Rani added, "Because I have known her as a kid and she was Kajol didi for me and it was a bit stranger. I guess when you grow apart you really don’t know the reason why because you don’t meet that often because Kajol didi used to stay in town and we were in Juhu. Me and Tanisha were much closer and we are still. But Kajol didi was always closer to the boys of the family. So, it was a bit strange"
