Thalapathy Vijay faced an attack during Vijaykanth’s funeral in Chennai on Friday. The Tamil actor had joined the film fraternity to pay his final respects at the funeral. However, an enraged group of mourners attacked Vijay, with one individual even striking him with a slipper. Vijaykanth passed away on Thursday, December 28. The 71-year-old actor-turned-politician had been on ventilatory support after testing positive for Covid-19.
