Ahead of the release of Gadar 2, Ameesha Patel dropped a new poster of the much-awaited film. Sunny Deol can be seen in a fierce avatar in the new poster, which is going viral on the internet.

SRK, while interacting with a Twitter user, revealed which films he saw to prep for his role in Jawan. Shah Rukh Khan tweeted, "I watched a lot of films of Atlee. Vijay sir. Allu Arjun ji. Rajni sir. Yash and loads of other stars to understand the language of expression for the world that was being created. And yes then prepped for my own character too. #Jawan."

Telugu actor Nani and Mrunal Thakur's upcoming film, which was tentatively called Nani 30, has finally got an official title - Hi Nanna (Dad). On Thursday, an announcement regarding the same was made, along with a first look. Nikkhil Advani's directorial Vedaa shoot has just commenced in Rajasthan. Starring John Abraham & Sharvari Wagh, the tem ha has now got a new member, Tamannaah Bhatia. Reportedly, she will play a crucial role in Vedaa. Sharing her excitement about joining the team, Tamannaah said, "I’ve always admired the way Nikkhil tells his stories. Makers of Kangana Ranaut's Tejas may soon face legal troubles as Mayank Madhur, who claims to be a political advisor for BJP, threatened to take legal action against them for non-payment. He claimed that he had worked on the film. Directed by Sarvesh Mewara, Kangana plays a fighter pilot in the film. Speaking to Bollywood Hungama in an interview, Mayank said that he had helped Kangana get shooting permission in a few locations, including air force bases, and other places in Delhi, Moradabad, and Lucknow, and blamed them for cutting his role short. He said, "Hence, I decided to go to the court. I’ll not reveal right now when I plan to go to the court, which court I’d be approaching and how exactly will I stop the film’s release. I want to get the makers arrested. I have taken guidance from the former chief justice of India to understand how I can take the matter further. I have even spoken to the chief ministers, PMO, home ministry etc to ensure that arrest warrants can be issued immediately from various states. Everything will be done as per the legalities."

Kartik Aaryan has begun shooting for his next film, Chandu Champion. The film will be directed by Kabir Khan. Taking to Instagram a while ago, Kartik shared a photo with Kabir Khan and also penned a heartfelt note. Kartik can be seen pointing at Kabir, who is holding a clapboard that has scene 180, take 1, and shot 1 written on it. Expressing his excitement, the Satyaprem Ki Katha star wrote, "Good start (in Hindi) (praying emoji) And the most challenging and exciting journey of my career begins... with the captain @kabirkhankk (muscle emoji) #ChanduChampion. #SajidNadiadwala @nadiadwalagrandson @wardakhannadiadwala."

Akshay Kumar & Pankaj Tripathi starrer OMG 2, which is set for release on August 11, has been stalled by the Censor Board. As per reports, the board has asked the makers to take the film to the Revision committee. The measures are being taken as "preemptive measures" to avoid any backlash similar to what Adipurush underwent. Furthermore, any film made on subjects like God or religion from now on will be sent for review and revision. Reportedly, the sensor board has refused to certify OMG 2. It is being very cautious after the unprecedented backlash Adipurush faced because of the controversial and pedestrian modern-day language used for Gods, Aaj Tak reported. The film has been sent to the ‘review committee' to refrain from any future problems.
