OMG 2 is the sequel to the 2012 film of the same name and also stars Akshay Kumar. The film is scheduled to release on August 11.

Randeep Hooda has joined forces with Khalsa Aid Group to help flood victims in Haryana and assist them in this devastating time. In a video, the actor can be seen walking in knee-deep water and delivering rations and food items to people who are affected by the floods in the state. On Tuesday, the Narcotics Control Bureau (NCB) informed the Supreme Court that it will not challenge the bail granted to actress Rhea Chakraborty by the Bombay High Court in the high-profile case registered against her in connection with a drug probe related to the death of actor Sushant Singh Rajput. Chakraborty was charged by the NCB under the stringent Section 27-A of the Narcotic Drugs and Psychotropic Substances (NDPS) Act, which relates to harbouring and financing drugs. And now, in the latest development, Additional Solicitor General SV Raju told Justices AS Bopanna and MM Sundresh that NCB is not challenging her bail. "We are not challenging the grant of bail but on the interpretation of section, please keep it open for consideration. Let the order not be a precedent also," ASG told the bench.
